When the clients send us information on completed sales they do not identify the salesperson. They only identify Embarc as the seller. It isn't easy to identify the salesperson without the information you enter in client portals or client tracking sheets. To get paid promptly it is important  that

• You enter all installs in the client portal or tracking sheet.
• You enter the correct order number
• You enter your full name
• Phoned-in sales are subsequently entered into the client portal or tracking sheet
