No more than a week before you intend to work in the area

  • Go to theĀ help desk
  • Click on the blue button that says "Open a New Ticket"
  • Enter your name and email address
  • From the dropdown that says "Select a Help Topic" choose Area Request.
  • Click the button that says "Create Ticket"
  • Complete the form
  • Click the Create Ticket button to send the form.

To onboard with Embarc follow these steps:

  • Go to the help desk
  • Click on the blue button that says "Open a New Ticket"
  • Enter your name and email address
  • From the dropdown that says "Select a Help Topic" choose onboading.
  • Click the button that says "Create Ticket"
  • Complete the form
  • Click the Create ticket button to send the form.

When the clients send us information on completed sales they do not identify the salesperson. They only identify Embarc as the seller. It isn't easy to identify the salesperson without the information you enter in client portals or client tracking sheets. To get paid promptly it is importantĀ  that

  • You enter all installs in the client portal or tracking sheet.
  • You enter the correct order number
  • You enter your full name
  • Phoned-in sales are subsequently entered into the client portal or tracking sheet
