Data Deletion Instructions

This page describes how to request deletion of personal information that Embarc Solutions LLC (“Embarc Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may hold about you, including any information accessed in connection with our use of Meta Platforms through the Embarc Publisher application.

What Data We Hold

Embarc Publisher is an internal-use Meta application operated solely by Embarc Solutions to publish marketing content to our own Facebook Page (Embarc Solutions) and Instagram Business Account (@embarcsolutions). The application does not authenticate or onboard end users, does not collect personal data about Facebook or Instagram users outside of our own Page and Instagram Business Account, and does not maintain a user database.

The Meta Platform data we hold is limited to administrator-issued access tokens for our own Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account. We do not store follower lists, third-party user data, direct messages, or comments authored by third parties.

Through embarcsolutions.net, our hosting provider and WordPress may record standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for the period required by our hosting provider’s defaults, typically no longer than 90 days.

How to Request Deletion

If you believe Embarc Solutions holds personal information about you that you would like deleted, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to brandon@embarcsolutions.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  2. In the body of the email, include enough information for us to identify the data you are asking us to delete. Useful details include your full name, the email address you used when interacting with us, any Embarc Solutions account or rep identifier that applies to you, and any specific URLs, posts, or records you are referring to.
  3. If your request concerns data shared with us through a Meta Platform (Facebook or Instagram), please indicate the Meta account name and any relevant context so we can locate the information.

How We Respond

We will acknowledge a verifiable deletion request within ten (10) business days of receipt and complete deletion of responsive records within thirty (30) days, except where a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law. We may need to retain certain information to comply with legal, accounting, regulatory, or contractual obligations, in which case we will limit further processing of that information.

If your request relates to content that has already been published to our Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account, removal of that content from Meta’s platforms is governed by Meta’s own policies and processes. We will, where appropriate, remove or edit content we have published in response to a reasonable request.

If We Cannot Verify Your Request

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before responding to a deletion request. If we are unable to verify your identity based on the information provided, we will let you know what additional information we need.
