Permit Explanation

Welcome to Embarc Solutions! We are excited to have you with us! As you go out to sell, it is important to note that each town has their own requirements for permits and licenses. While we provide you with the information to obtain those licenses, it is your responsibility to do so and to comply with all local laws and ordinances of each sales location.

Responsibility of Rep *I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain and carry permits for each of the sales areas I work in and to comply with local laws and ordinances while selling.

Permit Submission *I understand that all permits are to be submitted to compliance@embarcsolutions.com as soon as they are obtained.

Permits Required *I understand that if I now, or in the future, ever sell for Astound, Brightspeed, Quantum/Lumen, Clearwave, and/or Fastwyre, permits are REQUIRED and must be obtained BEFORE I can sell their services.
