Windstream Areas & Coverage Requests

After reviewing the available areas and coverage you can fill out an area approval application (see instructions below) requesting approval to go to any of these areas. Failing to fill out a request forfeits any area or leads for you or your reps to sell Windstream. You cannot do a land grab, or reserve an area to sit for weeks and months. As soon the area is approved, you are expected to work in that area no later than a week out.  You will receive a notice indicating whether your form has been improved within 48 hours of submission.

Please click on each of the buttons below for the Regions/Exchanges.  Once you are at the Map, click on each of the colored tags that represent the Penetration %, as well as how many prospects (50 prospects and above) for each of the Markets. If you want to view all the data on one sheet it is available on separate tabs.   

How to submit an area approval request

No more than a week before you intend to work in the area-

• Go to the help desk
• Click on the blue button that says “Open a New Ticket”
• Enter your name and email address
• From the dropdown that says “Select a Help Topic” choose Area Request.
• Click the button that says “Create Ticket”
• Complete the form
• Click the Create Ticket button to send the form
