Code of Conduct IntroThis agreement establishes the rules and expectations for contractors conducting field sales on behalf of Embarc Solution and our ISP partners. Compliance with these guidelines is mandatory to ensure a professional and ethical representation of each brand. By clicking each box you agree to abide by, honor, and follow each standard.Professional Appearance *To maintain a professional image, all contractors must adhere to the following dress code. While ISP-branded attire is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, if ISP-branded clothing is worn, the following standards must be maintained: · ISP-Branded Attire: *Badge (with photo and full name) *Polo shirt in ISP brand color or basic black and white *ISP vest, windbreaker, or hoodie (as needed) *Optional ISP hat or beanie · General Guidelines: *Attire must always be clean and presentable *Non-ISP branded clothing should also align with a professional code (e.g. collared shirts and clean pants)Exclusive Representation *· Contractors may only promote and sell a specific ISP's services during their field activities while working for that ISP. · Discussions or promotions of unrelated products are strictly prohibited.Order Submission Protocol *· All orders must be processed through the ISP's preferred platform and added on the Embarc sales entry form. Note: Orders placed outside this system will not be tracked or credited to the contractor.Fraudulent Account Creation *· Embarc Solutions has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. If there is evidence or suspicion of a contractor creating fraudulent accounts (including false orders, duplicate or existing customer orders): *Embarc Solutions and the ISP will request the immediate removal of the contractor by the Contractor Management Team. Continued issues may result in: *Termination of the contractor company’s agreement with ISP and possibly Embarc *A permanent ban from working with the ISP in any capacity *Only use the customer’s Visa or Mastercard to set up the account required auto pay.Professional Conduct *· Contractors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the ISP and Embarc Solutions while representing our brands. Prohibited Behaviors: *Rudeness, disrespect, or unethical conduct *Misrepresentation of ISP products or services *Making commitments to customers that are not kept or go unfulfilledLead Assignment *· ISP retains full authority to allocate leads and does not guarantee priority access to new leads. · Lead assignments are given to the Contractor Manager, who is responsible for redistribution to individual contractors. · Sales Rabbit logins may be deactivated one week after the contractor has completed their scheduled time in the field.Lead Status & Documentation *· All contractors are required to maintain accurate and timely lead updates. · Notes must be respectful, clear, and properly reflect the outcome of each interaction. · Each lead should be dispositioned into the correct status based on the conversation with the homeowner.Data Integrity *· Accurate record-keeping is critical to ensure the integrity of all ISP lead databases. · Contractors must not falsify, omit, or manipulate information in lead notes or status updates. · Any breach of data integrity may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of contract.Representing The ISP and Embarc Brands *Contractors are ambassadors of Embarc Solutions and the ISPs we sell and must: *Represent the brands with professionalism and integrity *Ensure all customer interactions are courteous, respectful, and ethical.Acknowledgement and AgreementBy signing below, the contractor acknowledges receipt and understanding of this agreement.
